I am sure we have all been ‘treated’ to awful customer service. The restaurant waiting staff that clearly don’t care your food is cold or undercooked; being ignored at the bar trying to get a drink as yet another person who arrived after you is served first; but compared to Mr Nolan Dolla from Las Vegas this is small beer. Most of us don’t complain; we mutter and tell friends but we actually do very little about it. Nolan is different. He flew with the USA budget airline Spirit – which has the worst record of customer satisfaction in North America. His open letter to the CEO of Spirit is perfect.
