GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

EVENT INFORMATION Some Adrenaline events operate subject to a minimum number of bookings. If this number is not achieved and cancellation is necessary, you will
be notified at the earliest possible opportunity. Every effort is made to provide as much information as possible about the event. Regrettably however, changes, errors &
omissions can occasionally occur. You must, therefore, ensure you check all details of the event (including the price) with us at the time of booking. When Adrenaline requests specific participant information this must be provided promptly. All timings are provisional and for guidance only.

ACCOMMODATION Where accommodation is included, hotel ratings used refer to local classifications. Occasionally it may be necessary to use an alternative hotel of similar
standard to that previously advised and, if applicable, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity.

SPECIAL REQUESTS Any special requests made on your booking form are noted and we do our very best to accommodate these wherever possible. However, although we do
make every effort to meet your requirements, we cannot guarantee to do so.

ACTIVITIES Those participating in the event activities are responsible for deciding that they are sufficiently fit and healthy to take part in that activity.

INSURANCE Travel Insurance is not included in the package price and you are advised to take out appropriate cover to include any activities that you may be participating in.
Adrenaline carries a £5,000,000 Tour Operators Liability Policy and a £5,000,000 Public Liability Policy (copies on request). Notwithstanding this you may be asked to sign
a disclaimer relating to the activities that you participate in. You agree to take part in any activities provided entirely at your own risk.

NAMES A list of names of those attending the event will be required at least 28 days prior to the event date. Adrenaline reserves the right to charge any additional
administration costs incurred should the names be subsequently changed or received later.

CONFIRMATION Only when Adrenaline has received a signed booking form with the required deposit payment and has acknowledged receipt in writing will the booking
be deemed as confirmed.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT  Please see the booking form of the specific event that you are purchasing for the respective deposit & payment terms in effect.

CANCELLATION 1. If you decide to cancel the event then this must be confirmed in writing to Adrenaline at the following email address: wildside@adren-a-line.com. The
event will be cancelled on the date that we actually receive & acknowledge your cancellation email. The cancellation fees are: More than 84 days prior to the event start:
50% of the package price. 42-84 days prior to the start of the event: 75% of the package price. Less than 42 days prior to the start of the event: 100% of the package price.

CANCELLATION 2. Adrenaline cannot accept any liability where the event or any of the services we have promised to arrange or provide cannot be provided as a result of
reasons outside our control. Such reasons include but are not limited to threat of war, acts of terrorism or threats of such acts, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, natural
or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, epidemic, fire, liquidation of businesses and all similar reasons or circumstances which are outside our control.

CHANGES BY US Adrenaline reserves the right to make changes or amendments to the event/itinerary as may be deemed desirable or forced on us by changes of
circumstances beyond our control.

CHANGES BY YOU In exceptional circumstances (as decided exclusively by Adrenaline) we will consider transferring your payments to another Event which must be taken
within 12 months of the original booking. If agreed, such transfer will incur a transfer fee that you will be advised of prior to acceptance.

SUPPLIERS We use independent suppliers to provide some of the services which may make up your event (for example, restaurants & hotels). These suppliers may have their
own terms and conditions which you agree to adhere to.

SURCHARGES Adrenaline reserves the right to apply surcharges where currency fluctuations or other circumstances deem this necessary.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS You, the client, are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents that may be required e.g. passports/visas are valid and effective. Travellers who
are not British Citizens should check with the consulate or embassy of the country to be visited.

YOUR CONTRACT Your contract with Adrenaline (the trading name of A Whole Different World Ltd) is made under the terms and conditions detailed in this document and subject to English Law and jurisdiction. In the event any provision or part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Agreement, will be inoperative.
