The most glamorous Grand Prix and to make the most of your Monaco weekend why pack into the public grandstands with everyone else? With Wildside and Group A you will be watching from a private motor yacht exclusively reserved for our group in the prestigious Monaco harbour. This really is for the privileged few. A quick wave of your special pass and it’s through the checkpoints and restricted access areas and along the quayside to the Wildside yacht. The Monaco GP is also a perfect event to take your partner – it’s a heady mix of glamour and cars, parties and excitement.

This will be our 21st year at the Monaco GP and as always we are providing a first class programme. Of all the yachts in the Monaco harbour for the Grand Prix, our yacht is moored closest to the track. It is literally a matter of feet from the Armco – you simply cannot get closer. It has a superb position being located right in at the famous Tabac corner (see photos). Unlike other boats in the harbour there is a clear view to the chicane and the giant TV screen plus you can view the cars as they scream down into the swimming pool complex.

You will have close up uninterrupted viewing at one of the best corners on the circuit (rated by Martin Brundle as the toughest on the track and Jenson Button reckons Tabac is probably the most important corner to get right to carry speed through the rest of the lap) as the cars brake hard from the straight after the chicane before powering off down to the swimming pool complex.

Crowding is not a problem as we strictly limit numbers so there is plenty of room on board. The upper deck is a large completely flat surface which offers the perfect platform for watching the race. You will not be packed in five people deep at the railings as there is ample space to have your own spot. The bar is also open on this deck (plus another bar in the main dining salon) and drinks are free all day from 10am until 6pm with post race celebration champagne. Mid-morning snacks are offered followed by a fine gourmet lunch with lobster, hand carved ham, beef, wines and delicate desserts – served and finished with ample time before the race gets underway.

Although you are right up close to the action it’s vital to keep in touch with what’s happening around the track and the harbour’s giant TV screen above the famous tunnel chicane will keep you informed throughout the race (backed up by live feed monitors on the boat). From the deck you can view the Tunnel exit and the chicane before the short straight into Tabac and away.

After the race it’s a short stroll onto the track to a roof terrace overlooking the track and harbour for a casual and informal drinks party after which you will be picked up by chauffeured cars and whisked back to the hotel in comfort and style.

Wildside will of course treat you in fine VIP style throughout. Our hotel is a superb 5 star residence on the Mediterranean coast with beach, pool, night club and casino. The hotel is just a few minutes taxi ride from Cannes and with the Film Festival being staged at the same time it is well worth a visit for a touch of celeb spotting or just to soak up the atmosphere at a pavement café bar.

Transfers to and from Monaco will be via chauffeured cars and we can also arrange for VIP transfers from the airport at Nice. The tour will be fully escorted throughout by our Monaco GP event manager. We also have a series of upgrade options available featuring hotel suites, Ferrari driving, restaurant reservations and even driving a real Formula One car on track.
